Refund & Revision Policy

Every order includes one round of revisions, requested within 7 days of delivery. Reply to your delivery email, quote your order reference and describe the changes you want. Revisions are returned within 2 working days.

A revision covers wording, tone, emphasis, ordering, length and formatting, plus:

• correcting anything we got wrong from the information you gave us;
• adding detail you supplied in your original order that we did not use;
• adjusting the document toward the same target role.

A revision does not cover a change of target role or industry, new experience or qualifications not included in your original order, or a rewrite into a different document type. Those are new work and we will quote for them, usually at add-on prices.

We refund the full amount when:

• you cancel before we have started writing;
• we fail to deliver within the stated timeframe for reasons that are ours;
• we cannot complete your order for any reason;
• you were charged twice or charged in error.

If work has begun but not been delivered and you decide to cancel, we refund the portion of the order not yet worked on. If a multi-document package is partly delivered, we refund the documents not produced.

Because these are custom documents written for you, we cannot refund a completed and delivered order simply because you changed your mind, because you were not offered an interview, or because an employer rejected your application. We also cannot refund where the information you gave us was inaccurate or incomplete — but we will always revise the document once you send the correct details.

Email applyraaisupport@gmail.com with your order reference and what you would like. We reply within one working day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
